Lead tax engagements for international clients — from compliance and reporting to advisory on cross-border structures and risk reviews. You work directly with clients and own your matters end to end.
Responsibilities
Advise foreign-owned companies on CIT, VAT and withholding tax
Lead pre-audit reviews and risk assessments
Review filings and manage compliance calendars
Mentor junior colleagues on technical work
Requirements
5+ years in tax, ideally Big Four or boutique advisory
Strong knowledge of Russian tax law and treaty application
Fluent English; Russian a strong plus
Comfortable leading client conversations directly
Nice to have
Mandarin or Turkish
Transfer pricing experience

Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding
Liaise with clients on payroll queries
Requirements
3+ years in payroll, ideally outsourced/multi-client
Strong knowledge of Russian payroll and labour rules
